Frank is designed to be easy to use. If you need any help at all, please email support@frankadvisoryboards.com and we'll sort it out.

Signing in

Sign in with your email address and password. We then email you a 6-digit code to type in.
Tick Remember this device for 30 days and that browser won't need a code until then. Don't tick it on a shared computer.
Each code works once, for 10 minutes. If yours hasn't arrived, check your junk folder, then ask for a new one. You can have up to 3 codes every 15 minutes.
Forgotten your password, or signing in for the first time? Use First time on the new Frank, or forgotten your password and we'll email you a link to set one. Passwords need at least 10 characters.
After several wrong passwords, signing in slows down for a while and we email you, in case it wasn't you.

Your boards are on the My boards page. The first time you open one, you may be asked to agree to its statements before you start.
The board page lists its topics and questions. To do shows the questions still waiting for your answer and the documents to read first.
On some boards you'll see what others have said once you've posted your own answer.
Type @ and a name to mention someone; they'll get an email. You can edit or delete your own answers and replies.
Documents and videos open in Frank, on the board they belong to.

Who has answered what, on the board page, shows each participant against each question.
Nudge sends a participant the board's "Please contribute" email with the questions they still have to answer, at most once a day each.
